In his early years, Ry purchased a house with some friends in Seattle and undertook renovations while residing in it. He repeated this process several times in both Seattle and Portland, eventually turning it into a career. With a background in graphic design, Ry sought to explore his skills in designing and constructing his own projects. In 2006, he assembled a team dedicated to designing and building medium-sized infill projects, primarily focusing on townhouses. Over the course of more than 15 years, Ry successfully navigated the highs and lows of the real estate market until joining the team at OGLLC. Outside of work, Ry devotes his time to raising two boys, playing tennis avidly, and embracing travel whenever possible.
