This role involves fabricating and installing custom casework, millwork, and furniture, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, along with occasional support on related construction tasks as needed.

  • We are hiring a Site Lead to oversee custom residential and commercial construction projects along the Oregon Coast. The role involves managing jobsites, coordinating subcontractors and schedules, maintaining safety and quality standards, communicating with clients, and assisting with hands-on construction work when needed. We are looking for someone with at least five years of construction experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to balance project management with field work in a collaborative, community-focused company.
