Buildings are nothing without people. Not only the people that live, work, shop, dine and gather in them, but also the greater communities that are directly and indirectly impacted by changes in the built environment.

For us, community engagement means more than crossing off a step of the development process. We actively seek out opinions, criticisms and ideas from neighbors, community groups, and other stakeholders. We carefully consider the needs and wishes of the surrounding community and do our best to incorporate our learnings into projects that contribute to the greater good of a community.
