Rory grew up in a family of real estate developers and residential remodelers. Buying property and transforming it is something that comes very naturally to him. One of his most notable past work experiences was working on the Serena Williams building at the Nike complex, which, as he put it, was an “amazing building to be a part of.” To him, construction is always a puzzle to be solved, “there's a number of ways to take on any task, but the process of dialing in your methods and practices is exciting.” In his time off, he taps into his creative side by tie dying or sign painting.
