ISSAC CHARLTON
CARPENTER l

Issac began his construction career working with his father and later expanded his skills with a local general contractor focused on ADU projects, where he gained hands-on experience in all phases of construction, from framing to finishing, and developed an interest in energy-efficient building practices. After these early roles, Issac worked at the University of Oregon, where he managed property maintenance, completed a large-scale student housing remodel, and crafted custom cabinetry for a dining area—refining his expertise in both rough and finish carpentry. Through multiple internships with the Home Builders Association of Greater Portland, Issac further developed his understanding of project timelines, contractor coordination, and site preparation. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, live music, and carpentry projects at home.
