SHOP PROJECT COORDINATOR

As the Shop Project Coordinator, Carmen ensures projects stay on schedule and on budget within the cabinet shop team by managing material ordering, project documentation, scheduling, and assisting in the preconstruction estimating and design process. With extensive industry experience, Carmen began as a laborer within her family’s concrete construction business, worked as an independent contractor specializing in home improvements, spent time in wood shops as a finisher, and later transitioned to estimating and project engineering for a millwork firm. Alongside her keen eye for detail and years of on-site experience, she enjoys collaborating with clients and design teams to actualize their designs.
