Alex Hayes joins our Coastal Division with a wealth of diverse experience and a passion for detailed, one-of-a-kind projects. He previously worked as a Territory Manager and Lead Technician for an exterior cleaning company and spent six years as a filmmaker. Building on his family’s legacy—his father was a carpenter for 35 years—Alex is currently constructing a campground in Cannon Beach. With strong skills in time management, teamwork, and leadership, Alex thrives on tackling projects that demand precision and creativity. Outside of work, you’ll find Alex surfing, running, biking, snowboarding, or hiking with his dog, Cody.
